I.                    LIMITS OF LIABILITY, DEDUCTIBLE AND COVERAGE

§  Liability Coverage

o Limits up to $1,000,000

o Facultative reinsurance available for higher limits

o No deductible

o Symbol 7 coverage

o Can be written with single or split limits

§  Physical Damage Coverage

o Limits up to $150,000

o Cost New or Stated value

o Minimum deductible is $500

o Symbol 7 coverage

§  UM/UIM coverage

o Limits up to $1,000,000

o Must meet state minimum

o Can be written with single or split limits

§  MEDICAL PAYMENTS

o Limits up to 5000

o No deductible

§  HIRED AND NON-OWNED

o Available when meeting satisfactory underwriting criteria

§  MINIMUM PREMIUM

o No minimum premium
