II.                  LIMITS OF LIABILITY AND DEDUCTIBLES

§  Coverage can be monoline or packaged

§  Limits up to $1,000,000

§  No deductible

III.                MINIMUM PREMIUM

§  Minimum premium will range between $500.00 and $1000.00 depending on the class

IV.                UNDERWRITING REQUIREMENTS

§  Establishments up to 2:00am closing

§  Submissions should be submitted on Echelon Liquor application

§  Only currents ISO, approved EP&C and/or State mandated forms and endorsements may be used

§  All submissions must contain 3 year hard copy loss data.  For new business ventures, a  signed and dated letter stating the insured has not been involved in operations that had claim or losses within the last 3 years.
